I purchased locally and got some questionable pads. The foam pads stated made in the USA and the packaging quality wasn’t the same as the microfiber pads made in Italy. Is this normal? Worried I got counterfeits.

My HLR21 lasted less than two hours of finishing work. There's a smell of burnt plastic. I am very disappointed with this polisher. Almost a thousand euros for trash. My LHR21 and LHR15 are practically immortal in comparison.

Hello I do alot of full flat and Polish with 1500 usually. I've been using my ruppes rotary but I've just got ruppes mark iii (21) can I flat and Polish with this or am I best sticking with the rotary

Maybe a stupid question, but I'm a total beginner in all this.. after blowing out the microfiber pad with a compressor, do I have to "prime" it again? Or do I just add 3 pea sized drops and polish on? Thanks

My new mark3 15 stalls so easy. If i spin the head should it spin around freely as mine sticks and doesn't spin around at all. I'm sure I've seen people on you tube have it spinning freely

So what are the rpm's for speeds 2, 3, and 4 for those that cannot afford of just cannot justify the high-dollar Rupe machine?

I was having that problem when I was polishing and pad was starting to skip and leaving solid residue on surface that was hard to remove. So it means that I was using short cycle for long time ? Doing a bonnet but large areas. So with short cycle divide bonnet into like 8 sections? Half a bonnet and do quarters?

Can these be used on a random orbital polisher like a Griots G9?

I work in ship repair and I can confirm that RUPES is much more reliable than mirka, especially during the sanding and shaping phases of hulls after the application of epoxy coatings, when the machines are put through their paces (heat, dust, etc.).
